Where and when will I be picked up?

After booking you will receive a hotel-specific pickup time and meeting point. Please be ready at the designated point on time — we do our best to be prompt and appreciate your patience.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure via WhatsApp. No refund is issued for no-shows without prior notice.

What about children?

The child rate applies to children aged 6 to 12 accompanied by an adult. Infants up to 2 years travel free but may need to sit on an adult's lap if no seat is available.

Are taxes and tips included?

All quoted prices include VAT. Gratuities and tips are not included and are payable at your discretion.

Do you also pick up at the port or airport?

Yes — pickup at hotel, port and airport in Tangier is included. Just tell us place and time, we will be there on time.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes — child seats are free on request. Please mention the children's ages when booking.

How do I pay?

Simply on site in cash (euros or dirhams) — no prepayment, no credit card needed.

What if my ship or flight is delayed?

No problem — send us the new arrival time on WhatsApp and we adjust the pickup. For cruise guests we guarantee a punctual return to the ship.
