Data we collect

When you book or enquire: name, phone number, email (optional), requested date and time, number of people, pick-up address and your messages.

To know which channel brought you to the site, we temporarily keep the entry page and campaign parameters in your browser (sessionStorage).

Purposes

To process and confirm your booking, contact you (WhatsApp, phone, email), send the confirmation and calendar file, and run operations (drivers, guides). We do not sell your data and do not use targeted advertising.

Recipients

Our team and the drivers/guides concerned, as far as needed for the service. Internal notifications and our exchanges with you run through messaging services (e.g. WhatsApp).

Storage on your device and third-party services

We store your language, currency and a form draft in your browser (localStorage); a technical session cookie secures the forms. There are no advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

When pages load, your IP address is sent to: Google Fonts (fonts), flagcdn (flags), unpkg (map library), OpenStreetMap and OSRM (maps and routes) and Open-Meteo (weather).

Retention

Your data is kept as long as needed to handle the booking and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to its processing by writing to contact@moroccovisits.com. Processing is subject to Moroccan Law No. 09-08; complaints may be addressed to the CNDP. For EU visitors the GDPR applies in addition.
