Booking terms

These terms apply to the tours and transfers offered by IN MOROCCO TRAVEL AND EVENTS S.A.R.L from Tangier.

Booking

Your request is sent through the form or WhatsApp. We confirm the booking (automatically or manually); you receive a reference and a tracking link.

Prices and payment

Prices are fixed, tax included, per person or per vehicle depending on the tour. Payment is made on site in cash (euros or dirhams), with no deposit and no card payment. Tips are not included.

Pick-up

Pick-up at your hotel, the port or Tangier airport is included. We tell you the exact time and place after booking; please be on time.

Children

The child price applies to ages 6 to 12 accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 travel free, possibly on an adult's lap. Child seats are free on request.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure, via WhatsApp or your booking page. No refund for a no-show without prior notice.

Changes and force majeure

We may adapt or postpone a service because of weather, traffic, site closures or safety, and will then offer an equivalent solution. If your ship or flight is late, let us know and we will adapt the pick-up.

Liability

We provide the service with due care. We are not responsible for events beyond our control or for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Participants follow the instructions of the driver or guide.

Write to us as soon as possible at contact@moroccovisits.com or on WhatsApp. Moroccan law applies; the competent courts are those of the registered office of IN MOROCCO TRAVEL AND EVENTS S.A.R.L.
